For high usuage I recommend Sicce, Ehiem, Tunze, Hydor in order of my preference. First 3 brands are the branded stuff well know all over the world of marine & pond hobbist. Hydor abit more budget but works just as well.

4ft by 2.5ft by 2.5ft at 90% filled is 637.13 litres (just tank alone, not factoring in sump volume)

1262 flow rate is Flowrate: 3400 L/hr
so it is about 5.3 turns, without considering headloss, i think its just nice.

1260 flow rate is Flowrate: 2400 L/hr
so it is about 3.7 turns, without considering headloss.
