Never use this EasyNeo before. But I don't think it is the same. This bioearth clay sort of replicate the mineral levels found in those clay/mud ponds used to rear Koi in Japan. The water we take from tap is in a way "too clean" or "too processed" thus a little mud will do some good.

it says for all freshwater and marine fishes... i just bought one today to try on my goldfish .... think this product had been in this market for quite some time .. only comes in diff brand ..
