Default signs of dropsy in my ranchu?

hi guys,

i got a question.
i noticed some gills popping up abit near the gill area.
isit dropsy???
its very slight only when i look at the tank from the top.
but its only v slight
isit dropsy??? i v scared.
i noticed that a few of my ranchus also have.

yes if what you say is right that must be dropsy.

but can it be cured?
must separate the fish?
or i treat the whole tank?

in the past i used to change water 2 weeks once
but as soon as i found the dropsy
i one week change once.

Best to separate these ranchus with the healthy ones first.

How your GFs scales, like sticking/popping out (pine-cone shape)? Best by viewing your fish from the top. Others symptoms may also stop feeding, appear off-colour, become listless and/or lethargic.Hanging at the top or stay at the bottom of your tank.

gill- may be your water parameters not good. Oe likely gill flu/parasite

For true dropsy, at the outset of the diseas, the fish may fatten up slightly. The next stage will see the scales start to protrude from the body because of the pressure of the accumulated body fluid. Sad to say there is no effective cure for this disease but it does not appear to be contagious. From your discripyion, it sound more like gill fluke than dropsy, as dropsy usually affect the whole fish than restrict only to the gill areas.

its not that bad. still lifely and eating.
its just a suspect. i will not separate it for the moment since it does not spread.
wait one week den see if it weakens anot.
