Default Which is better, Ceramic Rings (CR) or Bio Glass Ring

Hi everyone, I was wondering what's the difference between Ceramic Ring and Bio-Glass rings?
Anyone did any extensive research on the two products? I'm considering which one to use in my OHF system. Please advise. Thanks in advance to all contribution.

Hi bro, all I can tell you is to choose the one that has rough surfaces. This will help in cultivating your BBs. Me also still learning, hope this help.

Thanks bro, that's what I thought too. But I was wondering if different material used in CR and Bio-Glass Ring could make a difference. Heard anything about this?

Just aviod those normal smooth smooth surface kinda CR. Usually better CR costs more and those are what we will prefer to have in the filters.
