OHF user. Just to verfity something
Hi all,
Just to verfity something area around the drain tray and the layer above it. Is it only mine that I'm facing the tray that does not fully and flatly sitted onto the drain tray? Resulted one side is higher then the other. The system still work as per normal. ButI keep telling myself that the ohf designed in this way as to prevent overflow. Am I correct? Thks |

If the sides are the bracing, it is normal for the middle of the base plate to bend slightly downwards as it is 2 pcs of plastic joint together. Hence, you will see it as uneven, not intentional.
That's why some bros use metal bars to support the ohf. |

What I see, the up and down of the tray is due to the design. The bottom of the tray got 4 protruding lines which I believe the present of the lines is made to either for strength reinforcement or for the water to drip( prevent the water to reach the wall of the below tray/box). But the thing is, at one side (bottom side), the lines is too long. end up it come in contact with the tray bracket that cause the whole tray cannot sit flatly. Dun think there anything to with bracing at the tank. |
