Apistogramma is south american dwarf cichlid. They live in acidic water ph ranging from 4~7, typically 6~7 for most farm bred fishes from our lfs. The tank setup is very simple, usually with ada soil to provide the acidic water and some low maint plants like java fern.
Food wise, very similar to other cichlids , fbw, baby brine shrimp, smaller pellets. You can get it from lfs like jzx, green chapter, aquatic chamber , sun pets and c328. More info can be found in another local forum. Paiseh.  Quote:
