nice FTS and all SPS are growing very well.. water must b good..

I believe you must have spend close to $10K if I not wrong.. but no worry, keep it up and by next year this time.. u will be earning back all the investment by selling all your SPS frag.. especially those rare frag will cost alot..

Thanks bro, water parameters are so far so good now :

no3 : 5ppm (sometimes 10)
po4 : 0 - 0.03
ca : 380
kH : 7.6 - 8.2
mg : 1440
potassium : 380 - 400

i stopped carbon dosing for a while and no3 went up to 10, sps not much affected though.. now starting back and its dropping down to 5.

No la bro, don't think got 10k so much. probably half of that. by next year this time, need to sell ALL my sps liao. going in NS.. will convert to simple LPS & Zoas tank easier for my dad to help me maintain.

Still waiting for you to come back bro! Reef is indeed very very fun

no need to sell all your SPS when u go NS, once the tank is mature and SPS will just grow and grow.. it will be a cash cow for you..every 1-2" frag can sell like $10 - $100 depending on spices.

just maintain bare min live stock will do.. then every week change water once when u r back from camp.. ensure all equipment are running properly.

worried when im gone equipment suddenly fail and my dad dosn't know how to react. and any little mistake SPS sure gone case..

Nice mix reef tank. For sps player usually maintain NO3 & PO4 to zero as near as possible. Less fish poo inside, sps colours will enhance. You may use a oversize PS for the job. For the rest of parameter I'm sure you are able to do the job. Keep it bro.
