I dont think alot of shops carry German made UVs. expensive.

Mostly are China made.
For 2ft, internal uv filter should be enough. Anything from 5-9 W should do.
Brands I know off hand are Hopar and Resin. About $38.

You can use external ones too but quite troublesome to set up. Normally attached to canister filter or some kind of pump to drive water through.

Hope this helps.

I am using a 2ft tank with external filter. Should I need another internal filter again? hmm
