Introducing Bahari Istana Reds

Happy New Year to one & all.

As this Indonesian farm, PT Bahari Istana Alkausar is relatively new in Singapore, we thought we would give their Super Reds a trial shipment. Also based in Pontianak, Indoneisa, their CITES registration number is A-ID-519.

Fishes come in two sizes, 7-8 inches or 9 inches. However, being a trial shipment, stock levels are pretty low.

Most pectoral fins are long beyond the pelvic fins. Larger 3 back fins, too.



Higher body with scissors bite mouth for this batch.




Some with Spoon Heads while some are not so spoon. Featured fishes here are all 7-8 inches, fed on dry pellets.

Due to their lower stock levels, both Shelook Reds and Bahari Istana Reds are only available at the DFI farm.
