Not true, if you run 7/11 on tanning lights, which will be more effective to compare.

it should be be exposed to both sun and tanning for equal amount of time to determine effectiveness

having said that, not sure can tanning light fully replicate sunlight so even if on 24hrs.... maybe still not as good as 8 hours under the sun...

anyway i noob but curious about these tanning regime or grooming....

Yes of course but not everyone can have tank outside the house. So settle the the 2nd best option. Artificial tanning.

agree... my thought was since in Malaysia, most stay landed... it would be easier for them to place tank outside or at least have spare tank outside so they can put their aro into the tank when they want to tan rather than use plastic bag or tupperware
