Default Train armatus to take mp

Hi bros, recently bought 2 pcs of juvenile armatus. Thought of training them to take mp. Any bros here can advise on how to go about it?
Thanks in advance.

My previous Armatus both takes about 4-5weeks to train...went at 5" i pump them feeders 2-3 month to get them grow n build up mass first,i get a batch of slightly bigger pb already taking mp to comm with them..Monkey see monkey do..they can't tahan the hunger, slowly they learn n will give in..

Training armatus is not a an easy task.. what i do previously is i giv them ghost shrimp for a week.. aft tat try givin them frozen ghost shrimps... after they manage to get use of frozen food... starve them for few days n try droppin in mp bits.. this proccess took about a months or so.. i hav 8 armatus juv... but 5 manage to take mp..

Armatus is a very ego fish. They are predator and they like fish which could fit their mouth. Too small prey, they will be very reluctant to prey on them.

They can grow faster than Arowana

However take note of my points below:

1) Yes ... It is able to be train taking mp. Method ... Monkey see Monkey do
so make sure u have fishes inside taking mp.

2) Do not keep any fish which could fit into it mouth .... Approximate 60% of it body size. Armatus can swallow the whole fish, u will be surprise.

3) Do not keep more than 1 armatus in a tank, which most keeper like to keep more in a tank. I did the same thing before too... Result... Soon or later they will fight and scratch each other eyes ...

Gd Luck

Not easy for me as well, but when young better pump first, i started training mine about 7-8 inches. You must have a heart of steel.
