Default Help. Motoro not eating

I bought a Motoro Ray, 2 weeks ago and it's around 5". However it doesn't seem to be eating. Seller told me it eat fish meat, mp, feeder.
I tried feeder and ghost shrimp, the Ray show no interest even when gs right infront his face.
Tried fish meat(tilapia meat) from previous owner, show no interest.
Tried MP and sinking pellet, the Ray occasionally nibble and swim away.

The Ray hasn't show any sign of poop also, which is worrying me. However, another thing is if it's really isn't eating, it would have died.
