Smile Can you tell apart the difference between Chao Phraya ST and Mekong River CT?

STs have two clean tail stripes on the caudal peduncle. On CTs, the front tail stripe is connected in whole or in part to a rear bar located in the rearmost dorsal portion of the body. There's a tail stripe comparison picture in the Species Profile. Here it is:

Smile Chao Phraya ST versus Mekong River CT

Some information I got here...

Chao Phraya Tiger fish (extinct, no more this name)= (Cambodian TF right now) = D pulcher = wide bar now it's all from Cambodia

Makong river = narrow bar = from Bangkok and neighbor

we can separate both of this 2 kind by not only from mark on it's tail

D.pulcher (wide bar) pics we can see that the black bar between yellow bar is seem to be equal. (almost of pulcher are look equaly in their mark)

we can count it's bar from number in pic 2 we can have 6 and 7 bar this is the main characteristic of D pulcher

while Makong (D. undecimradiatus) only this type (i call narrow bar) appear at here no more other type the black bak are narrow like it's name the yellow bar almost double size or more from black bar in pic 1

Some country like Japan still call Chao Phraya because it's look alike characteristic but 100% that all you guy have D pulcher right now is from Cambodian, in Bangkok which origin no one have ever see the wide bar that collect in the country except since 40 years ago or more, but D. undecimradiatus (Makong) still exist

Therefore it's look very different in Bangkok most confuse is between indonesia TF (D microlepis) and D pulcher but this 2 kind are also easily to be separate too.
