Planning to get a new tank by mid this year and comm the above with my Aro and Pbass but no idea will it work out too.

Just to share =)

most gars are quite docile when they are well fed.
i dun forsee any problem if u meet the 2 reqiirement.
1) comm gars of similar sizes...too big diff, the smaller pc is gonna becum a feeder
2) make sure they are well fed... a hungry fish is a angry fish.

Btw, watch out for your bioload...their shit is :eek

A bit boring for me to see a comm of gars, mixture of breed and other types of fish will be nice.
Dont think your will have any problem to comm the cubans except bio load.

The only danger i can think of is when its long mouth try to snatch food with another gar will cause some injury.
One thing i discover is my gars dont eat another smaller gar although it is at bite size, anyone experience it also.I ever comm a 6" gator gar with my pair of19" tropical gar,it will attack even a 7'' pb but just ignored the gator.

it is the nature of the types of gars...if it is the oppositie...19"gator vs 6"tropical, the smaller trop will be gone in no time.
