Might not be a very good idea if you are talking about the Marrons as they would require a chiller. However, electric blue is just a trade name. Many many different species come with Electric Blue colouration too.

Just to give you an introduction between Australian and American species:

<Marrons>

Cherax Tenuimanus - Hairy Marron - Thin Chelipeds
Cherax Cainii - Smooth Marron - Broad Chelipeds

<Procambarus Species>

Clarkii - Rugged edges along the carapace - Your common red crayfish, although there are blue moults, most of the blue American species found are actually Clarkii...

Alleni - Smooth edges along the carapace - Your real Electric Blue Crayfish aka Blue Florida Cray

As for chiller no worry for that i can put in my office 2ft tank the tempreture there 16/17deg so eveything will be fine.
