If u are driving, near 大马hawker center got one or further away Taman Johor Jaya got two. But no exotic fish so far. Oh ya...one more in Johor Jaya Giant hypermart. Got a arapaima display pond there but the arapaima ard 2-3ft I think |

I'm not really sure bout the exact address but you can find quite a number of ornamental fish farm in Ipoh side.. somewhere around Lawan Kuda. Some farms allow you to enter why some not. I've been to few, mostly fighting fish, angels, discus, livebearers, goldfishes.. Isaac, i thought you know all these? XD
Penang side, mostly Discus farms.. |

Actually most Malaysian LFSs are very well maintained, its just that they probably didnt think of renovating their shop for 10 over years.... The tanks are clean, fishes are healthy, surprisingly no dead fish found in any tanks....They do not have any oddballs, but many "Bread and Butter' ornamental fishes. Seldom they specialise in a certain species of fish, most shops there have wide varieties of almost every fish.
IMHO, I think one should just buy from Singapore, not really worth the time and travel expense, since whatever is in Malaysia LFSs will most likely be in our local LFSs as well. |
