You currently only have lights coming from the top. So the belly is slightly underexposed. Reducing your shutter will cause motion blur if set too low. Upping your aperture might prevent blowing the highlights on the top. Increase ISO will have same effect.

So one suggestion is adding a "fill" source from the bottom to just light up the bottom. If you have external wireless flash, it will be the perfect solution, else just any unused lightset.

Have fun!

Oh, one more, adjust the white balance. Then the red of your beauty will be more impressive.
