Default rearing mosquito

I've set up my tank for running in the water.....

placing GEX soil .....
and waiting for 1 month for the water condition to set.
but 1 week into the conditioning.
I notice there are mosquito lava in the tank and it makes me wonder , how do you guys keep mosquito lava out of the tank. as shrimps are vegetarians . . . . . .

bro when i saw ur header wow i thought u one to breed mosquite.... hehe u will get into problem if u breed them HDB ppl will come after U!!

why mosquite breed in ur tank?
Mosquito only breed in still water. think of ways not to have still water!

next i can see that u are cycling ur tank right throw in some fish like guppy they will eat the lava and help to boot ur tank cycle..
?? why u have shrimp in ur tank while u are conditionong ur tank???

I still dun introduce shrimps to the tank yet.
i place some fish food in the tank to start the cycle.
There is a over flow filter running....

and the 1st occupiant is the mosquito lava that i saw this morning.

as recommend by dennal, I introduce a small guppy as tank mate for the mosquito babies. Hope they have fun together
