Ya bro, I do agree with u. I had about 20 STs in my 6ft tank back in 2003. They were only ard $50-$80 for a 6"-8".

Backside itchy sold them off when I have up hobby for a while. Now think back if keep maybe can earn a small fortune liao loh... Haha

From what I feel, I've seen local sellers/lfs/farms trying to pull a quick one by sellling 3 bar ITs as STs... Some are really very close to an ST look but the tail is often the giveaway.

No many ITs with real ST tail bands around. I won't wanna pay a ST price for an "ST without ST tail". I won't mind paying a little higher for a 3 bar IT though.

...if we had gone direct to importer/farm.... would go 35-50 for a 5-6inch haiz..... FiRST pick somemore !!!!!! even b4 all the lfs come choose haiz...

Can't recall much on the ngt prices back then liao.

I remembered I got a few pieces of my STs from a guy staying about 2 Blks away from me in Hougang St 91 (Blk 9xx beside the basketball court). He had a few tanks of STs and ITs and some big Endies. I remembered he is from AF too but forgot his nick liao... Think if he kept his STs til the ban, maybe he at least half millionaire liao!!

Sigh... Those were the days of cheap STs...
