Normally, i will just raise the new medias under the tap, then put in straight in the sump tank.

ty for help. but i rensed them now but it take time.. wen i rensed them the water becoms totely red... Is this normal?

should just wash out the red powder caused by cracks , wash them out and put in your filter or your tank water will be red with the BH+ powder

there's no need to soak overnight. just rinse of the excess powder and u are good to go. yes, its normal to have alot of red powder and water turns red.
as with bro itchy, where did u buy ur biohome+ from? |
