take cab from nearest mrt..wont cost more than $10.

Some suggestions:

1) Organised it like a company function or formal occasion (not so much in getting pple to come in formal attire but having a well-planned event)

2) Hold it in a centrally located CCC which is easily accessible n has event hall with permanent stage n sound system

3) Use caterer to provide halal food n drinks (can be buffet meal or 9-course meal)

4) Sell tickets to cover cost n collect payment in advance (any surplus will go to Event Fund)

5) Allocate space for sponsors to exhibit their products

6) Discourge/disallow pple from bringing little kids to the event

7) Be firm about what u want to do coz can't please everybody
