Then why must u died died must eat the noodle that is over price. Go other stall or eat rice loh. Even can eat at home. If blame garment or others make u feel better. Then no choice, but I feel consumer do have a choice not to patron if u really find something wrong in price. This is a signal reflex from the ground. Let the developer know no market. Then they would not buy land from garment mah.

Even if the couple is having $10K per month, after CPF...only $8K....very hard to buy a $880k unit as well....will be very stretch......

That's why all the more the younger generation should insist that the HDB lower their price of BTO and increase the income ceiling.

Actually the $8k-$10k is for a couple....2 person salary...so individual is $4k-$5k which is not very high to be honest
