Thanks for the advice to clear dirty filter hose
I just tried out the advice from aro bros here. Putting strip of used filter foam in the hose, then use water to flush it through. Very effective, the hoses now look like new. The filter strips cleanse and trapped lots of waste.

But for those hard-core stains, is this method effective? Cause sometimes the wirebrush method may not work in some cases.

yes this is damn good method.. i just now also tried.. shiok to see the hose green and clean again. haha

Can also try fill water in the hose about half or 3/4 the length of the hose. Cover both ends with your thumb and shake it back and forth vigorously...then flush.

I let go boiling water through the hose! Unclogs all dirt. Hope this helps...cheers!
