Need help in account

I hope the kind mod can take a look at the account if there are any problem with it. Its been a while since i last ask for assistance in this matter and hope that this round someone will assist me.

1) I am unable to post buy/sell equipment since last year Aug 2010
2) I cant delete my confirmed private messages receipt in the account
3)I try reset my password but has not receive a return notification

Buy and sell aside, can at least someone with some rights assist me to delete my private messages receipts/? i cant even access to delete it. thanks.
