Sharing my new tank , very excited .. Size is 8x3x3

Sump tank build half way already


Standby medias and do packing


Pack medias until hand and back pain finally done !!!

New tank set up

It's a monstrous tank by common standards. What do you intend to keep in there? Mermaid?

Sump tank and support just done today ...



Overflow and bracing almost done ...


Now waiting for arrival of stand and some touch up and will be ready to go !!!

Tank maker is from sg bros , too bad I dunno how to diy , if not an save more $ haha

Tank size 8x3x3 , sump tank is 9x2.5

Medias consist of biohome plus , k1 medias , jap Map and coral chips
Using 2 sp4 pumps to run the tank and with 1 Aqua zonic uv filter as it is place outdoor ...

Bros and sis , will continue to update this thread , hope you all will like it as much as I do .. Thanks

Intend to keep Rays and 1 pcs of red arowana , if have lobang pls let me know , mermaid easy to keep hard to maintain ..

Rays and Aros are not my area of specialty. I'll let others chime in.
Regarding mermaid, you are absolutely correct. When maintenance becomes a problem, feed to the Sharks!
