I realize my tiger is not eating the ghost shrimp I got for it,how can I get it to eat?kinda worried.

no worries, its common for newly transfered fishes to starve themselves for afew days.. just leave some ghost shrimps swimming around, it'd be gone overnight when your IT is hungry
