yes .. when I go serangoon north always go on Friday be4 11am to 1pm.. PARK AT HDB carpark no kena summon be4 ,,,, don't know now they use cash card bo ? long time nvr go there liao

You go AMK hub on friday same time can also park along the road near the Mosque........but make sure they don't see anything non-Muslim in your car........
