Which background is best to groom a xb?
Hi to all bro and sis,
I Will be collecting my xb this coming sat but currently I yet to change the background color of my tank. I being thinking of putting up blue for 3 sides and black for the bottom. Is it OK? |

I think blue is a good choice.

The above GHXB has been kept in a white FGT since I got it.... I should only be putting it in a black or blue background at a later stage when it is 16 or 18 inch.... Just hope the GH maintains....

Now in Oct. after continual WTT... guess it should be better if I didn't save on the lighting..... to keep the cost down... with no tanning...

Imo. Side blue and a light bottom color, the likely mimicking of a lighter back with a little blueish body scale color.

All blue look nice and natural, all black good contrast but tank will look darker
