1/ What is the white color tube for? What is the black round thing on the white tube for? You DIY this tube?
2/ You DIY the overflow?
3/ May I see the sumps?
4/ What is the reason for positioning your SEIO wavemaker like that?

chiller - $200
rocks($2 per kg) & sand(new) - $300
water - $100
misc(test kit, wave maker, media etc etc) - $200

$1.5k should be sufficient for a simple setup
