Default 12th National Flowerhorn Competition

12th National Flowerhorn Competition At Block 951 Hougang street 91, badminton court


Work Schedule

Setting up of Tanks on Thursday, 15/11/2018 (No limit on number of volunteers)

Duties include setting up of tanks and stands, pipings, covers, lights, filters and filling up tanks with water. Help also required for putting up tank numbers and all the required signages within the competition arena.

Time Slot: From 10am till completion of task

Bench-In of Fishes on Friday, 16/11/18 (6 volunteers needed)
Only personnel who are helping will be allowed to enter the competition arena during bench-in period. Duties include registration, drawing of tank number, taking fishes from participants to place into the assigned tanks, checking fishes’ condition and the water in their bags. Participants who are taking part in the competition can volunteer as you will be allowed to bench-in your fishes before the official bench-in time.

Tabulation & Compilation of Judges’ Scores on Saturday, 17/11/18 (4 members will be picked for this duty. Their names will be listed later)
Duties include collecting score-sheets from judges, tabulating and compiling the scores to get the final results, and preparation of score slips for the tanks and artworks for the competition certificates.

Time Slot: 1pm - 3pm

Photography of Fishes on Saturday, 17/11/18
An experienced photographer is needed to take photographs of fishes during judging session and to label them in sequence by classes. The photographs will be used to prepare winners certificates.

Printing of Winners Certificates on Saturday, 17/11/18 (1 volunteer needed)
Duty is print and laminate prize winners’ certificates, collect them when they are ready, and deliver them to competition venue after that.

Prize Presentation on Sunday, 18/11/18 (2 volunteers needed)
1 volunteer to MC the event and 1 volunteer to assist in handing prizes to presenter.

Time Slot: 3pm
