Just curious. If you could setup 2 tanks, why not go for a 4ft tank with partition?

As per your requirement, only 1 chiller needed.

i used stainless steel pipe in 1 tank, inflow and outflow in another. One chiller.

The cool water that runs through the stainless steel pipes from the chiller will chill the water in the other tank as well.

some of picture done by the others in the past.

basically just set up as per normal, tank 1 > inlet at tank 1 > canister/pump > chiller > SS pipes in tank 2 > outlet at tank 1.

1 of the method to chill water down with 1 chiller without sharing of water.
