Lucky Christmas spirit is in the air with Cech returning Migs gift.
Migs has had 5 years to prove himself? Don’t see him surviving the summer transfer window.
Lovren will become a squad player hopefully

Migs hand really weak... I missed the Ozil goal cos couldn’t believed they equalised so easily and went to get a drink...

maybe time to review the coaching staff next summer. Especially John Achterberg the GK coach. He’s been here for the past 6 years+ and our GKs seem to be getting worse from before they joined.

Migs was solid at Sunderland, Karius voted 2nd best GK in the Bundesliga. Ward performed excellently when out on loan. Reina apparently fell out with him over coaching methods. Left us and then form returned in Serie A.

Till then, 1 week till Jan window...

For the Xhaka goal, it's another goalkeeping mistake, pure and simple. How he misjudged the flight/pace of the ball, why he did not use two hands to grab/palm the ball only he himself knows. He suffers from these momentary lapses in judgement ever so often and it has cost us many pointsover the years. First thing to do is to drop him and bring in either Karius or Ward, doubt they can do much worse than him.
