All this numbers used to project demand are not acurate lah....

Under estimate, will end up long wait time, a few years down the road and price go up

Over estimate, queue short but price starts to come down

So, either way, price go up - people complain, too ex and when price come down, seller complain but buyer smile all the way.

Can't have the cake and eat it too....
