Default Small Planted Tank

I have a 38x23x25 (cm) tank which I wanted to convert into a planted tank. The setback about this tank is that it is not high enough which i have seen from the others. Would need some consultation and advice on the aquascape (design) of the tank if anyone has. Is there anyone who will design a tank for a price in singapore? Thanks alot

Regards
Alfred

Greenchapter offers no-obligations consultation if I'm not wrong. Google Greenchapter for info.

from yours specs u given it should be a normal 2 ft tank. no worry. just get some small plants and try to arrange in such a view it will make the tank looks tall and wide u can consult various LFS thats known in helping ppl setting up of a planted tank. but will be more cost efficient if tank is at least 5 ft and above.

The cheapest way is to just look through this forum for pics that members have already put up for ideas on what you can do.
You can also look through a couple of these links to get a rough idea of what you'd like your tank to look like and start from there.
1. http://www.aqugrass.com/phpBB2/gallery.php
2. http://www.adaeuro.com/gallery.asp
3. http://showcase.aquatic-gardeners.org
4. http://www.pbase.com/plantella
5. http://www.fotop.net/waynesham
6. http://pblend.hp.infoseek.co.jp/index_011.htm
7. http://my.plantedtank.info/Yokis-Album

Your tank would measure 14" x 9" x 10", which would work out to roughly 5.5 gallons. It's a pretty nice size to work with, in my opinion...

Hi gyys thanks for all the consultation! I really appre. Actually I have used this tank to plant those 'thin grass' over the whole patch of area cos I have seen those healthy green grass on the big tanks. I bought about 8-11 of this type of grass and took pain to implant into the sand bit by bit..and in the end the grass looks yellowish. thus giving up...think i am not up to the standard of implant...thats why require assistance ..thanks again to all of u guys!

Regards
Goh
