Need help, NTT swimming upside down

Hi I need help, it's been already 4 days since my NTT started swimming like this, before this happened he was feeding regularly on mp, and there was nothing out of the usual that happened. I'm afraid this might be due to his sunken belly as when I got him he already had sunken belly but for past few months he has been feeding well. Or could this be swimm bladder issue? Experts pls help to share your knowledge on this so I can try to save it. For now I have isolated him in a 3 ft tank and increase aeration. I can't do anything else. Pls advice.
