Default Chiller/canister filter

I know this question has been asked a million times but this is my first time using a chiller hence, would appreciate some kind help

I currently have a Hailea 1/15hp chiller already. Will be using it for a 1.5ft tank.

However, i am not sure what flowrate canister should i be getting. I hope to get one that provides enough flow to the tank after running through the chiller. Also i will be putting the chiller and canister on ground level. The tank will be approximately 1m high. I will also be using lily pipes for inflow and outflow, not sure whether it will affect the flow any further

Currently looking between eheim 2213(420l/hr),2215(620l/hr),2234(500l/hr)

Advise will be great~
