Sorry for your lost.
Btw, your 24k from which farm? I believe "pop scales"-dropsy could kill juvenile aro fast. This may caused by internal bacteria inflection or suddent fluctuations of tank water temperature. Wish you gain experience and restart again. |

May be my son have given a wrong name " Go|die". for me to add into comm 5, but since it new member, he was quarantine with divider sharing the same water, same ph 7.3 Day 1 - he in tank, i found him acting weird but fed him with AR-G2 he took it. Day 2 - he quite silent but still do make swims around (Not eating) Day 3 - evening when i back from work, and light on found his left side about 4-5 scale protruding slightly with little pinky colour on rim scales. i added "Epsom.salt". (Not eating) Day 4 - morning notice the sudden death when i am doing breakfast. Maybe with my shallow est 2 yrs having aros. This is the first shocking moment that i got. With this lesson, all i could say " Arowana is not much a hardy fish after all". Conclude : Maybe he is not meant to be with me either . |

Bro Veilz,
My batch of XB from DFI...2 have the skin disease ... ddnt have the chance to check during collection as they were already packed in bag and boxed for collection... took it based on DFI's reputation. Just for the record. Last edited by striker78; 12-08-2015 at 07:15 PM. |

Wow, that is kind of dishonest to do business. 1st was the bidding matter, now selling arowana with skin disease.

It was NOT INTENDED for, it is reflected as an record/awareness, because I maybe the only isolated case that encounter this problem (unless others raise the same issues here). I don't think DFI would tarnish their reputation just because of 2-3 arowanas. Much Appreciated. |
