Blind ? Cloudy? Curable ?

I got this lss male from a friend
His lens looks burst to me..
No problem eating.. But reaction not as fast as those with normal eyes

Anyone can help me diagnose and advise ?

Blind alr i think..
Have a couple of fishes lidat too. Cant see in that particular eye
