1st time fan user...
a newbie question,
if i install a fan to my planted tank.... do the fan blow in or out of the tank? |

The fan should blow the water surface.....
so there will be airflow and water evaporate which in turn will cool down the water.... most of the time...the lowest it can go by fan is 26C..... |

in bro... so that the wind will cost evaporation of e water n can cool it... just like when u just bath finish n a fan blow wind at u u feel cool due to the surface evaporation...

blowing the air out of a fully covered tank with small opening will have a better effect as the pressure going thru the small holes flows faster and thus cool better. i tried this method before and it works well.

Keep a watch on your water level also, drop very fast when using fan.
