Eheim 2260 using compact+ 5000 pump
Has anyone swapped the universal hobby pump (1260/1262) on their 2260 canister for the newer the compact+ 3000/5000 pump?
Just thinking you can get more flow with less power consumption by switching to the newer pumps. But don't know if the parts are compatible. |

can be done with some plumbing i guess. but i think most would just stick to the universal pumps since they are already compatible.
