i feed mine with SW mostly to build up mass ... then supplement with multivits every 2-4 weeks ... its the same as giving a varied diet, but less stress if fish dun take mp or bf ...

What type of multivitis are u referring to?

Hi all

So far, I have yet to heard anybody recommend on crickets and centipede.. I heard from one of the LFS that centipede is the best food as it bring up the colours.. Any comments on this?

not true ... i've tried feeding solely centipede to my BIG red before for a solid 1.5 months, but no change in colours... for colours, best is to tann...
i was feeding with those extra big reddish centepede previously sold in haig rd lfs ..

Where to get those vitamin and does the vitamin helps in all kind of aro?

Hmm.. so, centipede is not a good choice after all.. As for tanning of aro, does it help on green aro too..

ya bro, i tried centipede for my RTG comm but after trying few times decided to give it a miss. Due some poor handling of the centipede incident. Ever drop it on the floor and caused OC to panick and almost let it got away
The one I bright is quite big and cost almost 2bucks each.

Now decide to stick to MP and SW For more peace of mind

Thanks for sharing your experience.. If ever my co saw the centipede, I might have to say good bye to my fish keeping hobbies.. LOL
