Errr... I think you miss out the tank water cycle which is usually 1 week plus.

Updates
Jus done a chk on the tank perimeters after running the tank for 2 days.
GH - 5dH pH - 6.6 temp (all 8 x 54watts aquazonic fully switched on) - 28.1 temp (all lights off) - 27.7 (hink will have to gat a chiller to bring dwn the temp to ard 25) |

Nice project bro, can't wait to see ur photo updates. Maybe can consider adding more soil to the back to create a steeper gradient? Might create a greater depth perception. Thanks for sharing!

Tats what i think oso, after laying the soil, it actually had quite a steeper gradient, but when the rock is added in, due to the weight, the slope was press down cos i forgot to add support under the rocks. Haiz, nvr mind la lesson learn
