Default Betta Channoides and Betta Albimarginata

Just sharing my recent set up for the pair of wild bettas.
All comments welcomed
Hope to receive advices on how to improve the set up.

Betta Channoides side.


Betta Albimaeginata side.

Nice bro, for them, you dont need the air buble, or should be set as low as possible.

They are jumper, tank cover should be very tight.

Put more ketapang, at least additional two leaves more.

And enjoy keeping them, soon the chanoides will give you a lot of babies.

Hi bro, using the air pump for the sponge filter, and to give some movement in the water.

Using glass cover for the tank, made a mistake on the first day and there was a gap. Which lead to the male Channoides jumping out .. Now left with 2 female Channoides.

Will add another 2 leaves in the Channoides side.
Plan on placing a flower pot in each side of the tank.

very nice set up.
ur fishes a bit pale looking , maybe u should lower the lighting, unless it is for photoshoot.

good photo skills.

btw, what soil in the tank u r using?

Thanks bro, think the light is too bright for the Betta also but i usually on it for around 3-4 hours a day only, might be thinking of switching to a small light set instead.

Nice setup. Sad to hear of the loss. Give me a few weeks once I can sex the fries I pass you one male to go with the two females
