Default Chiller repair

Hi guys I posted this in another forum and wanted to see what advise bros here can give~

My chiller seems to be spoilt. Once the temp hits a temp above the preset, the chiller kicks in however the temperature does not go down at all...and the chiller would just keep running(it ran the entire day yesterday)...I have since turn it off as i believe it should be spoilt.

Any bros have similar experience? and where can i repair my chiller if needed?

Thanks for your help!

yo bro, is the tank water cold..
if not cold n the chiller is running...
that mean COMPRESSOR gone liao..
no point repairing, get a new one..

No.2....if the compressor is working...the tank water should be cold..
so water is chill to the desired temp. set by you n kicks off...that means the thermostat is ok.....IF the WAter is COLD n it do not kicks off n the compressor keeps on running...that means thermostat spoilt...if this is the case...worth repairing if yours is branded brand such as Arctica or Teco
if your present chiller cost around $300...not worth repairing, get a new one
