If Eng and Bel end up with draw, who will be group winner as both goal difference is the same?

If two teams finish level on points in a World Cup group, then they are separated by:

1. Goal difference in all matches

2. Goals scored in all matches

3. Winner of the head to head meeting between two teams who finished level

4. Greatest number of fair play points (yellow card = -1 points, two yellows resulting in a red card = -3 points, straight red card = -4 points, yellow card, then straight red card = 5 points)

5. Random drawing of lots

Sometimes not so good to be group winners also la... depending who they may meet next round, England and Belgium might play tactical

Doesn't matter if you have 1 talented player in your team. If rest of players not up to par or no teamwork, then it is really tough. Even Maradona said he didn't single handedly won the 1986 world cup for argentina but attributed it as a team effort.
