you r right on the gender bro zi3wi. The female looks ready but the male is a little too small. U may want to consider getting a bigger male. But its not totally impossible as i had a 600 sprawn with the male n female of the same size at 12 to 13". The male actually made so many attempts to trap the female n finally manage to get the female into the caves.

i just got them in Toronto, Canada. They're not eating too much right now because they're wild caught and still acclimating to my tank
