do you have any pictures of it? it would be easier if we knew the species of crayfish you're talking about. There are lots of different species of crayfishes out there which are blue in colour

You just need to provide the appropriate parameters for the crayfish, provide sufficient hiding spots and ensure that there is sufficient food, and the crayfish should breed.
I suggest to do a google first, there are many websites describing how to breed crayfishes online.
