Yup, took a little while, but he only eats pellets now. (Hikari Carni-sticks)

Do you plan on upgrading to 4ft when it gets larger?

Yup, he only eats pellets.
I mean if i put feeders etc in the tank, he would eat them, but I only feed him pellets, and the odd frozen shrimp.

Sure.
Didn't need to starve for two long as I soaked the pellets in defrosted frozen bloodworms for a bit first.
But I would say he went a week with no food before I did this.
I slowly stopped soaking the pellets after another week or so untill he was happily munching away on only pellets.

Kai,
bought this little fellow from bro Salmon@home yesterday. I'm still looking for a rainbow snakehead.
Good that it eats Hikari Sinking Carnivorous pellets.
I started playing with it last nite with my fingers for 2 hrs. And now, I can handfeed it. heehee

Seems like it's time to force my snakeheads to take pellets after hearing all these success stories. Always worried about passing on of diseases and bateria when the fishes are on their diet of live feeder frogs.

But I guess it would take some heart to starve them before they would finally accept processed food.
