I just placed a stand fan in the balcony, since I use it as a reading area as well. And what do you know... the temperature of the water dropped by 2-3 degrees from 30 to around 28 degrees C!
But I'll still consider getting a fan. Maybe will drop by Y618 tomorrow to get it. My friend told me he saw 1 selling below $25 (well within my budget). Thanks for all your help guys! (Mods, please help to close this thread. 10q...) |

Chiller is a professional chioce. But the operation cost deters me from getting one.
Find one day I will construct a mini cooling tower or a scale down type as the actual centralised air conditioning system. .I trust this will bring the temp down by 2-3 degree C. If sucessful, will put up for sales. |
