Confirm not cooked.
Dun believe u come and try biting into one

Btw, i cut them into 1/2 usually. so yes.. cook fish meat and raw fish meat.. very obvious difference la.

OK. Then it is same as those separately packed ones in prime. Just need to make sure the one in prime is not salted.

Not exactly cheap, almost $15/kg.
But worth a try and it's convenient.
Trying to find different alternatives and various sources.
My current supplier always hang up and sell.

different fish.. white baits/silver fish are called "bai fan yu" in chinese restaurants. they are served deep fried with either salt and pepper or plum sauce.
